An initial session will last around 90 minutes. This will include taking a full case history, assessing your diet and giving personalized recommendations based on the information you have provided. This may also include a meal plan, shopping guide and exercise recommendations.
Fee: £40 for the initial consultation (ca. 90 minutes)
£25 for follow-ups (60 minutes)
I currently offer a block booking option- Initial consultation + 2 follow-ups £80 (save £10)
